“We had 3 families and 20 people and had more than enough room. The kids loved the theater room, pool table, hot tub, and steam room. The views of the lake are breathtaking and the location is ideal (5 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to Rendezvous Beach). My only complaint is that you had to put a code in to watch Netflix, etc on all TV but the theater room and we didn't have that code. But this was a great house and we would stay there again.”
